We understand that MRO data — work orders, maintenance records, client profiles, and audit trails — is mission-critical and legally significant. AeroBase is built with this in mind:

Account Information: Email address, name, and authentication credentials.

Service Data: Work orders, maintenance records, aircraft information, parts data, client profiles, logbook entries, and all other data you create within the Service.

Usage Data: Login times, features used, device information, and interaction data to improve the platform.

Payment Information: Payment data is processed securely through our payment processors (Stripe / Base44 Payments). We do not store full card details on our servers.

No internet-based system can guarantee 100% absolute security. We recommend MRO operators also maintain independent local backups of mission-critical records per their quality management procedures.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time. Some data may be retained for legal or compliance purposes after account deletion.

We do not sell your data. We may share data only with:

Cloud Infrastructure Providers: For hosting and storage (under strict data processing agreements)
Payment Processors: Stripe / Base44 Payments for billing
Legal Obligations: If required by law or court order
Authorized Team Members: Within your own organization, per your role assignments
